The City has prepared a draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) for the Palmas de Greenfield Mixed-Use Development on the east side of 4th Street between Apple Avenue and Palm Avenue. The draft MND has been released for a 30-day public review period. The public review period closes on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at 4:30 pm.
