The City of Greenfield is currently seeking Qualifications from firms to provide services to develop and prepare a Specific Plan and associated EIR to guide the development of an approximately 60 acre Recgional Commercial area within the Greenfield City Limits located east of US 101 adjacent to Walnut Avenue and 3rd Street.

Walnut Avenue Improvement Project
The City of Greenfield is currently accepting bids for the Walnut Avenue Improvement Project. Contract documents are available at City Hall, 45 El Camino Real, Greenfield, CA. The cost for one set of contract documents is $80.00. Four addendums have been issued for this project. This project bid opening date has been postponed to mid 2010.
